About the Producer

Steve Chavis has been a radio journalist and professional communicator since 1980, winning numerous awards (Associated Press, United Press International, Colorado Bar Association).  His vision for the documentary “A Doctor’s Dream” is to uncover what those doctors’ struggle in the 1960s means to today’s students, educators, entrepreneurs, policy makers, and young dreamers.
